RCT Systems is seeking experienced Cloud Engineers to join our Talent Community that are focused on developing innovative cloud solutions, specifically in AWS, to address customer business challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver innovative cloud-based solutions, focusing on Master Data Management (MDM) architecture for software integration.
• Provide technical guidance and implementation priorities for cloud-based data architectures.
• Support the development of enterprise software solutions within AWS, working closely with mission teams.
• Design, develop, and integrate MDM or entity resolution capabilities within broader cloud architectures.
• Provide practical engineering support and execution guidance to cross-functional project teams, including software development, system engineering, security, and QA.

Basic Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with AWS and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (software development, security, compliance, QA).
• Proficiency in Agile, SAFe, and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD technologies (e.g., Ansible, Git, Jenkins, Docker).
• Solid knowledge of Software Configuration Management (SCM) lifecycle and deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree with 12-15 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 10-13 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS certifications.
• Experience with large-scale data technologies (e.g., AWS Aurora, Elasticsearch).
• Experience in various stages of the development/deployment lifecycle.

Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph required.
