RCT Systems, Power Systems Division, is seeking highly qualified Mechanical Engineering interns to join our team for the summer. Engineering interns will focus on one of several different areas including:

• Perform packaging/layout of complex converter systems
• Designing and building of test stands
• Detailed thermal analysis of high-performance cooling systems
• 3D modeling of complex power electronic converters
• Drawing creation of complex components and systems

Minimum Requirements:

• United States Citizenship required due to US Government ITAR program restrictions
• >3.3 GPA
• 3^rd year undergraduate minimum, MS and PhD students a plus

Desired Skillset:

• Experience with FEA software, such as COMSOL Multiphysics
• Experience with 3D modeling software, such as CREO
• Experience with thermal system design, coldplate design, and heat exchanger design
• Experience building portable test carts with data acquisition systems
• Any machine shop and/or welding experience
