Agile Systems Integrator – Salary Range - $130K – $180K

Job Description: The Senior Technical Project Manager will be responsible for:

Job Description: The Senior Technical Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Translating mission and business requirements into system, application, or process designs.
- Communicating with external development teams about requirements, schedules, and deliverables.
- Monitoring project progress, ensuring scope and schedules are met, and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Tracking actions from meetings, developing process flows, roadmaps, and facilitating communication with stakeholders.
- Participating in hardware and software design reviews.
- Preparing program control documentation and presenting it at management and technical review boards.
- Preparing briefings and providing updates to sponsors and stakeholders.
- Documenting team accomplishments and concerns.
- TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience (or Master’s with 10+ years). Additional work experience may substitute for a degree.
- Strong organizational skills, proactive thinking, and ability to prioritize workload.
- Experience in team coordination, managing action items, and providing technical documentation and presentations.
- Ability to convey complex issues clearly to senior leadership.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with project control gate processes and agile development models.
- Ability to work independently and with large teams.
- Experience with desktop operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS).
- Strong relationship management with stakeholders.
