Software Developer – Salary Range - $137K – $148K

RCT Systems is looking for a Full Performance Software Developer to join a dynamic team supporting AI/ML/Data Management initiatives. The role focuses on software design, development, operations, and maintenance, with an emphasis on streamlining operations, automating processes, and aligning data management solutions with digital architecture.

Requirements:
  • Education/Experience: A bachelor's degree or 3 years of software development experience.
  • Approach: Must be ready to listen, learn, and contribute to the team.
Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
Mandatory Skills:
  • Proficient in SCRUM Agile methodology for software development.
  • Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including web applications and implementations.
  • Proficiency in at least two programming languages relevant to the project (e.g., JavaScript, Java, ASP.NET, Perl, PHP, Ruby on Rails).
  • Ability to design applications/databases based on user requirements and integrate with other systems.
  • Skills in tracking and resolving programming bugs.
  • Clear communication abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong planning and goal-setting capabilities, monitoring progress to achieve results.
  • Ability to write effective requirements documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Experience in developing web services and applications using JavaScript and other related technologies.
  • Experience in applying security patches, conducting security scans, and assessing vulnerabilities.
  • Knowledge of the application accreditation process.
This position is ideal for someone with solid development experience who can contribute to the evolving project while applying Agile practices and addressing both technical and business needs.
