RCT Systems is seeking a Systems Integrator (SI) – Governance Expert who will lead consulting efforts focused on business and operational process improvements. The role includes engineering support for production activities, process analysis and re-engineering, integration of new processes, and promoting operational efficiency and quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert process engineering and consulting for operational changes.
Analyze, redesign, and integrate business processes to optimize performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and communicate process changes.
Recommend cost-saving and service-improving strategies.
Support and lead quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Clearance: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (mandatory).
Education & Experience:
BA/BS with 5+ years of experience
OR Master’s with 3+ years
OR additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
Experience in the Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD).
Proven collaboration with executive-level government leads.
Expert knowledge of governance in development programs.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and control gate tracking within integrated master schedules.
