Systems Integrator – Salary Range - $180K – $225K
Chantilly, VARCT Systems is seeking a Systems Integrator (SI) – Governance Expert who will lead consulting efforts focused on business and operational process improvements. The role includes engineering support for production activities, process analysis and re-engineering, integration of new processes, and promoting operational efficiency and quality improvements.

- Provide expert process engineering and consulting for operational changes.
- Analyze, redesign, and integrate business processes to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and communicate process changes.
- Recommend cost-saving and service-improving strategies.
- Support and lead quality improvement initiatives.
- Clearance: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (mandatory).
- Education & Experience:
- BA/BS with 5+ years of experience
- OR Master’s with 3+ years
- OR additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience in the Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD).
- Proven collaboration with executive-level government leads.
- Expert knowledge of governance in development programs.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and control gate tracking within integrated master schedules.
