RCT is hiring a full-time Information Review and Release Analyst (Senior/Performance Level) in Herndon, VA to support an Intelligence Community organization with a flexible work schedule. The role involves reviewing, researching, and processing information-release requests under EO 13526, FOIA, and the Privacy Act, received from the public, Presidential Libraries, or other government agencies. The analyst will manage cases from initial receipt through final response, including creating documentation, researching prior requests, coordinating with other government agencies, and making release recommendations. The position requires strong critical-thinking skills, proficiency with various research systems, meticulous attention to detail, and effective collaboration. Candidates must deliver high-quality work and may also contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and redact classified information per established policies.
Coordinate document scanning and data searches.
Assist in training new search team members.
Recommend workflow and process improvements.
Work an 8-hour shift between 6 a.m.–6 p.m., with occasional surge support.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years experience reviewing/redacting classified information under FOIA, PA, and EOMDR/EO 13526 or 6+ years in an analytic role with demonstrated familiarity with these programs.
Bachelor’s degree (may substitute for 3 years of experience); Master’s adds 1 additional year.
Strong collaboration, communication, time management, and critical-thinking skills.
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required at start.

Knowledge of the customer’s culture and requirements.
