The Sponsor requires contractor support across multiple initiatives, including IT systems integration, financial and business management, and a startup integrated security program. The Contractor Team will support system and requirements integration for an enterprise portfolio and project management tool, manage financial and cost recovery initiatives through data analysis and SME engagement, and assist in developing a future-state roadmap for an integrated security capability. Key responsibilities include integrating requirements and capabilities across Sponsor organizations into centralized systems; designing, testing, and integrating new and upgraded IT and security products across Sponsor networks; providing technical oversight for new technologies and mission capabilities; and resolving complex IT challenges in accordance with Sponsor standards. The team will also support budget reconciliation and cost recovery data analysis, identify trends and improvement opportunities, enhance change management processes, and provide insight into industry trends and emerging technologies. Additionally, the Contractor Team will develop and execute Sponsor-wide communications, support policy and procedure development, respond to senior leadership inquiries, and produce high-quality documentation, reports, and briefings. Required skills include Active TS/SCI with Polygraph, emphasize experience with the Sponsor’s budget processes, financial tracking, portfolio and resource management, project scheduling and EVM, data analysis and visualization, requirements development, system integration, and strong written and customer communication skills. Desired skills include experience with ServiceNow, the Sponsor’s customer domain, and security tools, processes, and organizations.
