Test Engineer - $131.5K – $142K

Reston, VA

Join a high-performing agile team supporting 2–3 web-based applications with heavy UI usage and web services. You’ll be one of three testers responsible for ensuring strong test coverage through both manual and automated testing.

Required Qualifications:

3–5 years of testing experience
Strong manual testing (functional, exploratory, regression)
Test automation with Selenium
API testing experience
Basic SQL knowledge
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
TS/SCI with Polygraph

Day-to-Day:

Execute and document tests in Jira
Collaborate with developers, DBAs, systems, security, and PMs
Design test plans and test cases
Participate in regular scrum standups and monthly retrospectives

Work Schedule:

40 hours/week
Core hours: 9 AM–3 PM
Some flexibility for personal obligations

Desired Qualifications:

Front-end or web services development experience
Scripting/programming (Java, Python, JavaScript)
AWS knowledge
Performance testing tools
