Key Responsibilities
- Support program management with operations, strategy, and technical execution
- Translate customer needs into technical requirements and solutions
- Develop and maintain mobile applications (Android & iOS)
- Act as a subject matter expert in geospatial technologies and mobile systems
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on technical direction and integration
- Manage program risks, progress, and dependencies
- Work with AWS services (EC2, S3) for enterprise application integration
- Provide technical guidance, training, and customer briefings
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with GIS (Geospatial Information Systems)
- Mobile development using React (Android & iOS)
- Tools: VS Code, Android Studio, Xcode, Node.js, JavaScript
- Experience with Electron (Windows/Linux apps)
- Agile development: sprint tracking (JIRA), version control (GitHub/GitLab)
- Experience in UI/UX design, test planning, and release management
- Ability to work with small teams and support technical operations
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience across Windows, UNIX, Linux
- Background in tool design and requirements development
- Advanced degree in Software Engineering or similar
