RCT is hiring a senior Automated Tester to support a large government program focused on access control, identity and access management (IdAM/ICAM), and secure IT systems. The role centers on ensuring system reliability, security, and continuous availability through rigorous automated and manual testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, execute, and manage test plans across system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Build and maintain automated test scripts (e.g., Selenium/Katalon)
Work in a DevOps environment, supporting testing after deployments
Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve them
Document test results and improve quality and reliability processes
Coordinate with stakeholders, including customers and cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
~10–15 years of relevant experience (degree or equivalent experience)
Strong experience in test automation (Selenium, Katalon, or similar)
Full software lifecycle knowledge
Strong communication, organization, and independent problem-solving skills
Desired Skills:
Experience with AWS, SecDevOps, Flyway, COTS platforms
Background in handling sensitive data and software unit testing
Advanced degree or engineering/computer science background
