Systems Administrator - $198K – $219K

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join a team supporting enterprise Linux and Windows environments in the Reston area. The ideal candidate will have strong systems administration and Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support experience, along with expertise in scripting, digital forensics, and storage recovery. This position requires an additional security scrub.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience administering Linux and Windows systems in enterprise environments.
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support experience.
  • Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, Python, Perl, or similar languages.
  • Digital forensics and/or storage recovery experience.
  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, file systems, RAID, disk management, and partitioning (MBR/GPT).
  • Familiarity with storage interfaces (SATA, SAS, NVMe, USB) and LUKS-encrypted file systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot damaged, encrypted, and non-standard storage devices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience administering and configuring sponsor collaboration tools.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or mission-critical environments.
