Seeking a Systems Architect to support a highly classified government program focused on protecting sensitive data across complex enterprise environments. The role involves designing secure architectures, supporting migration from on-premises to multi-cloud, optimizing cloud environments, and providing technical guidance to senior leadership and partner organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain secure systems handling highly sensitive data.
Support migration from on-premises infrastructure to hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Architect solutions across multiple network fabrics and multi-tenant environments.
Evaluate AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud services for classified workloads.
Optimize cloud cost and performance; develop cloud cost models.
Conduct architecture reviews, provide technical recommendations, and author white papers.
Support technical review boards, governance forums, and executive-level briefings.
Serve as a cybersecurity focal point for vulnerabilities and encryption solutions.
Assist external partners with adoption and integration of Sponsor tools.

Required Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Experience designing or maintaining systems that process highly sensitive data.
Expertise with AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud.
Experience with:
- Hybrid cloud architectures
- On-premises infrastructure
- Multi-network/global enterprise environments
- Cloud cost optimization and performance tuning

Preferred Qualifications

Service of Common Concern (SoCC) program experience.
DevOps process design and standardization.
Experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) programs.
Familiarity with Sponsor-specific tools and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) processes.
