RCT is looking for software developers to join our team on a mobile forensics framework project working primarily in Python and C#. The software developers will work closely with a broad team of developers both internal and external to the contract and will work in a dynamic environment.  Must demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies.
Job responsibilities include the following:
  • Design, code, test, debug, implement, and maintain python and C# applications
  • Review, validate, and integrate code written by remote partners
  • Maintain baseline, maintain framework and API, and ensure compatibility with existing modules
  • Development of python modules to support internal needs
  • Validate modules developed internally and by partners
  • Assist other developers external to this contract in educating them on the development process
  • Assist customer in de-conflicting development with internal/partners
  • Generate ICDs for the framework and API and coordinate w/partners on timing or major upgrades
  • Prepare required documentation, analyze functional business applications and design specifications for functional areas
  • Collaborate with the development team and management to scope out new application modules
Required Skills:
  • 2+ years of strong object-oriented programming skills (Python, C#, C++, or  Java)
  • Strong debugging skills and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Database experience (preferably using Microsoft SQL Server)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter, proactive in responding to customer needs
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to operate in an extremely dynamic environment

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong Git skills, especially with merge resolution
Clearance Requirements:
  • TS/SCI with polygraph required
