Software Developer - $206K – $223K

RCT is hiring an expert-level Software Developer to support classified programs focused on Identity and Access Management (IdAM/ICAM), authentication, authorization, and digital policy management. The role involves collaboration with a large technical team across cloud and software engineering domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop CloudFormation scripts to automate infrastructure deployment.
Write custom installation/configuration scripts for EC2 instances.
Build Java and Python applications using Neo4j and Elasticsearch.
Implement NodeJS PM2 for monitoring and resiliency.
Create and manage RESTful APIs.
Apply SAFe Agile methodologies.
Utilize and manage services in AWS.

Required Qualifications:

BS (11–15 yrs) or MS (10–13 yrs) experience.
Strong background with AWS Cloud.
Skilled in Python, Java, and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Rundeck).
Proven ability to translate customer requirements into solutions.

Desired Qualifications:

AWS certification preferred.
