Systems Integrator - $207K – $224K
Chantilly, VAThis senior-level role focuses on ensuring operational readiness and successful deployment of customer products within a government intelligence environment. The candidate must be Customer ops-certified (preferably in the APEX mission space). This is a highly technical, mission-focused systems integration role requiring deep operational expertise, testing leadership, and direct engagement with senior intelligence stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute operational readiness activities prior to product deployment
- Develop and execute test plans; ensure full testing coverage and requirements verification/validation
- Support and conduct operational and technical testing
- Ensure compliance with government information assurance and cybersecurity standards
- Participate in hardware/software design reviews and lifecycle evaluations
- Identify and resolve product issues in coordination with development teams
- Review and improve technical documentation
- Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, and recommendations to senior government officials
- Maintain documentation (e.g., Confluence), facilitate meetings, and support cross-team collaboration
Required Qualifications:
- 7–12+ years of relevant experience (depending on degree level; additional experience may substitute for degree)
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Customer Technical Operations certification
- Strong systems engineering lifecycle knowledge
- Experience with product requirements, testing, and test plan development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
