Systems Analyst - $100K – $135K
Tysons, VARCT is hiring a Systems Analyst to manage data and administer/maintain a stand-alone network across the full system lifecycle. The role includes analyzing technologies, supporting system architecture requirements, and working with data and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain systems and data across the lifecycle
- Perform system administration on a stand-alone network
- Collect, analyze, and publish data for reports, documents, and policies
- Support architecture/engineering to define business and production requirements
- Evaluate new hardware, software, and cloud technologies
- Train users and demonstrate tools
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph
- Education/experience:
- Bachelor’s + 9 years, or
- Master’s + 7 years, or
- PhD/JD + 4 years
- At least 5 years experience in:
- Agile Scrum environments
- Requirements analysis
- Financial data analysis
- Data visualization
- Tools like Jira and Confluence
- User engagement, training, and demos
Desired Skills
- DevOps tasks (certificate management, server patching)
- Hardware/software analysis
- AWS experience (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, EBS, KMS, Data Pipeline)
- DevOps tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, Subversion)
Preferred Certifications
- AWS Solutions Architect or AWS Developer
- Scrum Master (CSM/PSM)
- CAMS, CFE, CFCS (financial crime/fraud related)
- Six Sigma
