RCT Systems, Mission Systems Division (MSD), is seeking an Operations Administrator. Are you interested in all aspects of building a business working closely with corporate team members, on business development matters, managing team member communications, developing and maintaining HR/Recruiting policies, developing skills matrix/resumes, and offering job positions to the most suitable candidates? Qualified candidate will be involved in:
  • Strategizing new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining communications with multiple PMO’s.
  • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
  • Maintaining communications with candidates
  • Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork in coordination with HR/Recruiting policies.
  • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
  • Develops clear-written materials such as skills matrix and resumes.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work to and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization and work as part of a team.
  • Must have analytical and reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision or feedback.
