RCT Systems, Mission Systems Division (MSD), is seeking an Operations Administrator. Strategizing new business opportunities.
Maintaining communications with multiple PMO’s.
Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
Maintaining communications with candidates
Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork in coordination with HR/Recruiting policies.
Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
Develops clear-written materials such as skills matrix and resumes.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
Ability to work to and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization and work as part of a team.
Must have analytical and reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision or feedback.
